This Delivery Policy describes how Bodega Outlet (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through bodegaoutlet.com.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all U.S. states.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses may be restricted depending on the carrier and product type.

Orders placed with unsupported addresses may be canceled and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders shipping within Texas are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing includes order verification, warehouse handling, and packaging.


3. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Timeframes

We work with the following carriers:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier, destination, service level, and product type.

4. Local Delivery & Pickup (Texas Only)

  • Local delivery is available within 30 miles of our Texas location.

  • Availability, fees, and scheduling for local delivery will be communicated after checkout or by our support team.

  • Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Customers must contact us in advance to confirm pickup eligibility and timing.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable and are based on:

  • package size and weight

  • destination

  • shipping method

  • Freight or oversized handling

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated and may exclude oversized or freight items.


6. Sales Tax on Shipping (Texas Compliance)

For orders shipped to Texas, applicable sales tax may include shipping and delivery charges as required by Texas law. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout where required.


7. Shipping Delays & Legal Compliance

We strive to ship all orders within the stated processing time.

If a shipment cannot be sent within the expected timeframe:

  • You will be notified promptly, and

  • You may be given the option to approve a delay or cancel the order for a refund of any unshipped items, in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.


8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Verify the delivery address.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  • Contact the carrier directly.

  • Contact our support team so we can assist.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment or may be deducted from any refund.


10. Freight & Oversized Items

Some products, including furniture or large appliances, ship via freight delivery.

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside only, unless otherwise stated.

  • A delivery appointment may be required.

  • Customers must inspect freight items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may limit available remedies.


11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions as appropriate.


12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers according to applicable Texas and U.S. commercial laws once the shipment is handed to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law. However, we will work with customers and carriers in good faith to resolve lost or damaged shipments when possible.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, or government actions.
